Room was a bit smaller and you had to move the bathroom door to open the shower door. The only microwave was in the lobby and was very small. Mini fridge was small as well but did the job. Overall it was very clean, staff was very nice and they had a full 24 hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar. I left before breakfast was served but it looked like a decent option of cold cereal bagels, muffins, and oatmeal. They had a hot side but it was not set out when I passed through. Overall I wouldn't mind staying there again.

I'm not mad at it but if can definitely be better. It's better than staying at a motel that's potentially over priced and dirty. The price is fair - no frills. The room is simple and nice. The beds thought.... way too soft and had portions of it sunk so badly in that I kept rolling back into it. Breakfast was mid but it gets the job done. It's close from the airport which is nice too. And free parking but the parking lot is small. I would stay here again but wouldn't pay over $80 a room

Good location close to airport with free shuttle service available to catch your flight at MCO. Hotel is fairly new, probably 7 years old. It's a good budget hotel to have a room to sleep and take a shower. Rooms aren't overly big but ours was clean and nicely decorated with nice walk in shower. Fit and finish by the construction workers are rough in some places but that's ok. Bed is very soft as some have mentioned and hot breakfast is your basic quick reheated pre cooked sausage and scrambled eggs with diced potatoes. Bagels and good Greek Yogurt with cereals and muffins etc were good but coffee should be used to water the plants. Would stay again if needed.

Alex, Pasqual, and Cristal at the front desk were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful with any questions we had and any requests we had regarding the room. The housekeeping staff were also excellent. Our room was always clean with plenty of towels and clean bedding. Shout out to Loreli. Everyone we encountered left a very positive impression, including breakfast staff (shout out to Jennie). We would gladly return and recommend the hotel to others.

Great value. We had an early morning departure so we didn’t get to take advantage of the included breakfast, but the room was spacious, two queen beds, and immaculate. The check in was easy. The front desk person answered our questions and took care of us. The restaurant next door at Cambria was convenient and the food was good. The drive to the airport was super easy!

I had a great experience at this hotel, complimentary breakfast was great! Room was clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was the airport shuttle. Thus 4 stars on service. We called for the shuttle, when he arrived he picked up a group of 9 ppl and completely disregarded me saying that I initially called for this shuttle first and told us we would have to wait and left us. The shuttle held 14 passengers, it was only 2 of us and he wouldn’t let us on the shuttle even tho there was room. When he came back he made it his business to fill every seat. I thought that was rude when I called and requested the shuttle and didn’t get serviced first. The front desk said they were sorry and she attests that I was first to call.

Special thanks to Alex and Nico for their warm welcome during each visit and for always acknowledging my Platinum Rewards status. I also appreciate the early check-ins when available. The AVID property truly enhanced my stay. The location is convenient with great restaurant next door, plus complimentary breakfast and an airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. On November 18th, I mistakenly boarded the Holiday Inn shuttle instead of the AVID shuttle, and Carlos kindly explained the difference. Instead of taking me back to the original pickup spot to wait, he drove me directly to the AVID Hotel, thank you, Carlos. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable. Rooms were good,clean and comfortable for basic accommodations. We enjoyed the 24 hr free coffee,tea and water. We requested a noon check out and it was easily given. Check in/out was easy and the free shuttle to and from airport was convenient. When arriving in terminal C, go down to the ground level and call the hotel from spot C270 for a pick up. It took 30 minutes to arrive, so make sure you use the restroom first, if needed. Breakfast consists of scrambled eggs, bacon pieces, toast, bagels, oatmeal, juices, coffee, tea, apples, cereal,and yogurt. Not bad, and staff kept it well stocked and clean.
